The aftermarket coilover industry has been peddling misinformation and poorly designed spring packages because they don't know what they're doing. I think there's an "old saying" that goes something like, if you have an adjuster you can screw it up. Maybe not but that is certainly the case when it comes to independent spring preload adjustment.
